  • 2010 obtained agriculture engineering certificate from university of Khartoum.
    2011 - 2013 worked as service advisor at Golden arrow company the Toyota Dealer in Sudan.
    2013 joined DHE as parts procurement engineer and then transferred to customer support administrator.
    2014 transferred to sales department where the needed to promote new product (JS205).
    I worked very hard as sales administration as it is multitasking job and it is need experience and excellent organization .
    A New challenge as assistant sales managers will be on shoulders for me and our sales team department and trusted earned for all sales department for their experienced significant will make sales growth each year, which will be culminated to the top combined with our customer satisfaction.

Huda Taha holds master degree in power and machinery form Khartoum University and she has certified training courses in customer handling, data analysis and remote sensing and GIS. Huda Taha Has been with DHE for over five years, she has progressed through the business and is now customer support supervisor. Customer support supervisor role is leading the CSRs teams to ensure that the costumers have highly service with a maximum efficiency and providing to the customer the technical assistance they need. DHE’s main goal is to deliver the best level of customer services.

Shoaib Mohammed Shoaib has worked in the company for more than 10 years, I joined in the workshop internal as a service Eng. where started with maintenance then i started working on filed work until i gradulatly becom a team leader, to develop my carrer and experience i joined many internal,external and online courses I thank my colleagues who shared with me all the necessary information for the company to flourish.

I’ve worked at Diesel Group for over 5 years. First a trainee in the workshop as workshop admin then appointed as a warehouse assistant in the Parts Dept. After that transferred to the Service Dept. as service coordinator then promoted to the Parts Dept. as Part Sales Rep. Ever since I was a trainee, I knew that I wanted to work in this company i loved everything about it. I’ve got various roles but my key daily routine includes: Achieve monthly sales targets, tracking and resolving problems – but most importantly ensuring the customers are satisfied. I learn something new every day; and I enjoy how I can make a difference in the Company
